Doubt

ok. here's the deal..

I'm scratching out the Manly's 88 Colors Eye Shadow Palette from my wish list because I don't think I'll be needing 88 eyeshadow colors.. I think it'll be a total waste of money..

and I'm still having doubts over the Hello Kitty mp3 player.. should I buy it? should I not? Do I really need it? or do I just wanna show off? and the sale is ending soon... I better make up my mind soon!!! *sigh*

and I really2 want that Alice in Wonderland eyeshadow palette.. I don't care how much it costs, I'm buying it! The bidding ends tomorrow at 3 a.m. (Russia Time) I hope i'll wake up to make the last minute bidding.. uhukk..

to top that off, I just set up my Paypal account and I still haven't received my confirmation code! I really don't know whether 'sempat' or not to buy that Hello Kitty mp3 player.. (T.T) Otherwise, I'd probably have to get bB for help and use his Paypal instead.. better make up my mind soon! *headache*

another wish list

I blame this on my sister for posting about this eyeshadow on her Tumblr. Oh! can someone please buy this for me!!! I don't know why, but I have a thing for limited editions stuffs, and this eyeshadow palette is SOLD OUT! yup.. thats right SOLD OUT. The only place available is on eBay, which I'm currently watching the biding price. The original price for this Alice in Wonderland Urban Decay Book of Shadows Eyeshadow Palette is US$52.. and it went up till $200 on eBay! CRAZY! like seriously! it went up more than triple the original price! and people still buy it.. anyway, I'm watching the cheaper ones. I hope no one is bidding anymore, so I can bid in the last minute and WIN! *fingers cross*. Well, if the price goes up till US$60, I might as well give up. There's no way I'm spending that much on this!

Next on my list is.. and I blame this on Syaniza for introducing me to the Professional Manly 180 Colors Eye Shadow Palette. Ok I don't need 180 eyeshadow colors, I'm not a make-up artist.. This one has 88 colors including brush which I found with a bargain price of $35.09 at LightinTheBox.com!!! It's a China wholesale website, and I'm still debating whether I should trust the website or not..

Last on my current list, is this cute Hello Kitty Mp3 player! Like I said, I have a thing for limited editions stuff. Anyway, my mp3 player broke down and I do need a new one. First time I saw this Hello Kitty Mp3 player is in Paris and it costs around €55-€60. Well, I found this on eBay and it costs US$65.09 and shipping to Malaysia is quite cheap (because it's from Korea).

Anyone wanna buy them for me? please, please, pweety please? :D May is just a few days away, and I'm itching to spend some money. I overspent last month, so I'm saving this month.. Oh please still be there till May! ;P

Restless

I passed my 100th post on my previous post.. I thought of doing a special post of something, but inspiration abandoned me somehow.. huhu..



Anyway, I've been feeling restless the whole day.. I can't put my finger on what exactly that's been making me feel restless, although I just woke up from my sleep.. hrmm.. maybe it's too much sleep, or too much sugar? I've been consuming sugar the whole day, no proper meal unfortunately. I've been eating egg tarts, chocolate muffin, and maggie mee (haha! that doesn't count as sugary food does it?), and I've been drinking hot chocolate, tea with extra sugar.. I think i'm having sugar high! ;P

bB's not around, so I have no mood to actually prepare anything. It's more fun to cook when you're expecting other people to eat it. Maybe I should be a chef! ;D

maybe I'm restless because bB's not around, or I didn't get to have my proper conversation with Mama yesteday, because it was too noisy (she's in KL with the rest of the family) and she's having dinner. I wanna be there too. ;(

*sigh* bile bB nak balik ni? boring la.. maybe we should go shopping tomorrow! it's been awhile.. I shall propose this idea to bB later when he's back.. I hope he won't be so tired..

I don't have class on Monday because the lecturer gave us the day off to prepare our assignments, which I've already finished. yeay! now, I'm bored to death! Facebook has become dull as well somehow.. what else is fun on the net? any suggestions?

I don't print reader's letters to me because most of them contain words and insults that are unfit to print. However, once in a while a golden ticket will come into my inbox that is not only worth reading, it's worth sharing with the world.

The e-mail was from Kayla Patterson, a die hard Twilight/Taylor Lautner fan upset about Universal Pictures ripping off the werewolf idea from Twilight. That's right, Universal Studios, who first put werewolves in theaters, are a bunch of copycats.

Here is the e-mail, unedited and untouched (including pictures), which clearly puts Universal Pictures in their place.


To whom this may concern:

This movie was a complete waste and I feel that it offends ALL Twilight Fans around the world, that including myself. For one, it was a COMPLETE remaking of the Wolf Pack from the Twilight Saga: New Moon. It gives the werewolves a bad name and makes them look like some deformed mutation of a rabid dog. I actually started to like werewolves after seeing Jacob Black and all his awesomeness on the big screen at the movies. That was until I saw your crappy remake of what you call to be a "were wolf". I don't see how you live with yourself for making it the way you did. If I made this movie, I would be ashamed to even admit that I owned it. How can a werewolf be killed with a silver bullet? Better yet, have you saw the transformation of the man that is "supposed" to be the wolf? He sits in some chair and his entire body turns in to some mutated freak. If you would watch the transformation of Jacob Black, (Taylor Lautner) he doesn't come close to looking as fake, cheap and or mutated as the wolf man. You tell me, who looks to be the better werewolf. Your stupid Wolf Movie didn't even make the top Movie for the charts; Valentines Day WITH TAYLOR Lautner! Get that this is MY oppinion and I felt I wanted to express it because I saw that your email was on your site. I wanted to let you know this is what i thought of the wolf man that sucks.FREAKIN LAUTNER DID!

Hey Universal, you just got PWNED. That's what you get for making a werewolf movie that clearly rips off Twilight. Everyone knows that Stephenie Meyer created werewolves, and now you hacks have been exposed! Good luck defending yourselves in court!!

My personal point of view:
This Kayla person definitely hasn't read the book because she obviously doesn't know that Jacob is not a werewolf but a shape-shifter! or she's just too obsessed and doesn't know the history of werewolves.. tweens.. they should read more...

Dreamflash 2010

I actually wanted to write this post last week, but I was so busy with my Therapy Cycle and the Case Presentation that I didn't have any time to update my blog..
Well, I passed my presentation which makes me very happy! :D

So anyway, last Sunday, 11th April, I went to Dreamflash Festival.. It's in Arbatskaya.. The news didn't spread that much.. Eugene found out by Vkontakte.ru and some of my other friends found out from Moscow Times paper.. but a lot of them still didn't know about this festival, although it's been held annually..

So we left the hostel around 12:30 p.m. board the metro from Kon'kovo, straight to metro Smolenskaya.. There were 4 of us; Me, Juan, Eugene, and Ann. but later was join with Liyana, Sveta, Hsu Yin, Alex and Tanya.. and then later Ann left us and went with another group, so its 8 of us.. ;D bB back out in the last minute because he was tired.. :( but I don't want to miss this opportunity even though I was in the middle of my Therapy Cycle.. *wink*

We arrived around 1:40 p.m. and we waited in front of McD for Eugene's friends to come..

The Festival starts at 2:30 p.m, so when we arrived, there were other people just arrived as well.. it wasn't that crowded...

When the clock strikes 2:30, suddenly crowds of people just came swarming in.. It was sort of a parade, with people in costumes and their bubble kit..and well, there's no way for you to actually go against the flow.. It was loud with everyone blowing their bubbles.. screaming and laughing... The whole Arbat Street is congested with people.. and the cars are having a hard time trying to get through.. LOL! and I actually got separated with the others.. *sigh* such a bad memory..

Nonetheless, after trying calling them several times, I got through and found them.. phew.. and we continue taking pictures, blowing bubbles, giving & getting free hugs and free kisses (of course I didn't hug any russian guys because like takot kot!.. ;P but the boys were pretty excited getting those hugs and kisses from the girls.. ;DD)

Later, we went to Udonyasan for lunch.. yum!
